One of the first steps in your development process should be determining roughly what your goals and expectations are. Questions such as what size house you’re looking to build, the amount of privacy you’re looking for, the accessibility to nearby amenities, the amount you’re looking to spend on construction and the amount you’re comfortable paying in annual upkeep are all critical questions you should know from the start.
As part of our services, we can assist you through this process if you like and once we have these parameters we can start the selection process for an architect if you haven’t already found one. Now unlike most builders, Sexton is willing to work with an outside architect if you’ve already selected one or have one in mind. If you don’t have an architect, don’t worry because we’re always able to recommend a few depending on the type of home you’re looking to build and your budget. Just know that however you wish to proceed, Sexton is willing to accommodate you.
